French 19th Century Copper Fish Kettle
Presentation is fundamental in French cuisine...and has been for a long time! Copper fish kettles allow chefs to cook whole fish, which not only adds to the complexity of flavors, but also makes for exquisite presentations. This kettle features its original grid.
